*Please note that:
- Additional time may be added on the day at $297AUD per hour (subject to availability), which also includes additional images.
- An Additional Travel Fee may be added to all locations outside Melbourne CBD, which will be charged at $2 per km.
- Unlimited images are generally between 50-80 per hour, but Caitlin focuses on quality over quantity to ensure that your final gallery reflects not only the standard and quality that she endeavours to deliver, but also the magic and essence of your special day.

The Process

  • Fill out the form by clicking the ‘Request Caitlin Rose’ button above

  • If Caitlin Rose is available on your requested dates, she will reach out to you with a Booking Link to book a Connection Call (via Zoom) with her to discuss your plans and to ensure that we are a good fit to work together

  • Once the Connection Call is complete and both parties are happy to proceed, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date in Caitlin Rose’s schedule, and you will need to review, sign and send back the contract

  • An additional call (via Zoom) may be required within 2 weeks of your wedding date to ensure that Caitlin is aware of the plan and layout of the day

  • The outstanding package amount is due within 3 weeks of your wedding date

  • Caitlin attends your wedding at the agreed-upon time and location, and photographs your incredible day! :)

  • The full gallery of images will be delivered to you within 2 weeks of your wedding date
